Super Junior-M Gives Signed CD to Fan Died at Hong Kong Concert


According to Hong Kong media, a 17-year female fan of Korean idol group Super Junior-M (SJ-M) named Jiang Zhitong died at the end of last month when she was enjoying Super Junior-M's concert in Hong Kong.Her parents will hold a funeral procession for her this January 20 and they have received a signed CD from SJ-M passed by the talent company.

On the day of the funeral, the CD and a notebook with the autographs of 7 members of SJ-M given by other fans will be buried with the dead. The 7 members will also place a wreath.

The signed CD is passed by representative from SJ-M's talent company and the emcee of the concert. The 7 members also send emails of lament, and express their surprise and never-ending lose to her unfortunate death. They feel very sad and wish her rest in peace and her family to restrain their grief.

Zhitong has an accident after queuing for 9 hours to enter the stadium of SJ-M's concert. Her father says the daughter is a decent fan, and SJ-M is young people's idol. He wishes them to work harder and have good results.

Her father also says that after this accident, over 100 fans of SJ-M leave comments on Zhitong's brother's blog. One fan gives Zhitong a notebook with SJ-M members' autographs on it. Her father says that the CD and the notebook will be buried with her daughter to fulfill her dream while living.

Zhitong has gall bladder removed since she was young. As a die-hard fan of SJ-M, she gets to know this Korean pop group after watching Korean dramas at the beginning of last year. She joins the Hong Kong fan club, and learns Korean in order to communicate with her idols at close quarters.

On December 28, Zhitong bought rock ticket for 800 HKD, and leaves home with a chair at half past 10, then she had been waiting for 9 hours at the trade center. However, soon after the beginning of the concert, she felt uncomfortable in left chest. She died on 4 o'clock the second morning after being rushed to the hospital. Before she died, she talked to her father and said that she was very happy to see her idols and she regretted that she didn't shake hands with them or have their autographs.
