Korean singer BoA will not perform at SMTOWN LIVE 08 Shanghai concert after she fell down the stairs and injured herself on Tuesday night after BoA and her team finished preparing for the press conference at S.M. Entertainment headquarters. BoA performs at SMTOWN LIVE 08 in Korea and is supposed to attend the Shanghai concert. She will fully recover within six weeks.
BoA's agency S.M. Entertainment says in a telephone interview on September 12 that SMTOWN LIVE 08 concert plans to have all S.M. Entertainment singers performing. BoA's injury makes her performance impossible.
Super Junior-Happy members and Heechul arrived in Shanghai already. They wave to the fans waiting at the airport. Later Super Junior-M members also arrive in Shanghai. Shinee and Girls' Generation take a bus printed 'SM TOWN' to their hotel. Some fans are still waiting for TVXQ who will fly from Japan.
Han Geng has arrived at the airport wearing black clothes and a hat.
